There are 2 questionnaires in the book that are very helpful in measuring how you're feeling about yourself and the world.
It can be useful to take the test every month or so and hopefully see how you're moving in a happier direction.
Feel free to download pdf's of them here to print out rather than scribbling in a book.

When recording the audiobook it didn't really seem a good idea to read out the end notes!
The book references lots of research that has been undertaken over the last few years, and with the written word it's easy to leave those pages where they are, put the book on your shelf and be done with it for a while.
